MLF: Powroznik wins Major League Fishing stage 3 earning him the title of Bass Pro Tour Stage Three Champion. 63 - 04 was his final total weight. Landed 20 fish during the day with an average of 3.03 lbs and today’s biggest whopper was a badly needed 6.04.

Bass Fishing on Windy Lake Stockton Windy-fishing Well this year’s tournament schedule is done and we’re still waiting for the final tallies to be displayed on the website. My best guess is we ended up in 9th place for the season. Stockton Lakewas the final tournament and last chance for us to move up in the standings and claim some of the dough. Too bad it didn’t happen. Did you know that in order for a lake to support three marinas dedicated to sailboats, said lake should experience frequent and sustained winds?

Perry Lake: Right Spot, Wrong Time: That’s right. Good riddance to that POS!!! This was a lake I just didn’t want to fish. The little bit of practice we got a few weeks ago didn’t go to well and I didn’t have the normal confidence that I rely on come game day. “Oh Perry Lake, I am so glad to be done with you.” Perry Lake Kansas Dam My fishing buddy and I caught a lot of fish in practice - some largemouth bass, a few hybrid striped bass and whites, and a ton of drum.
